THIS IS A FREE REGATTA,
Open to all DCYRA members - Flying Scot and ILCA boats (previously known as LASERS)
It is intended to serve as a memorial to those sailors with whom we’ve enjoyed sailing, but can no longer sail with us.
No registration is needed, and instead of a fee, we request that you make a donation to the selected local charitable organization.

It's In The Bag
It's In The Bag is a private weekend food program that serves over 350 at-risk children in Garrett County schools, by providing bags of food for them to eat over the weekend.
The program is funded entirely by donations. The goal is to help the most 'at-risk' young children in Garrett County have enough food over the weekend. In addition, the philosophy of the program is to protect the dignity of both the children and the parents.
ITs In The Bag provides bags of food for those children deemed by the school to be most at risk due to their vulnerability to food emergencies during the weekends.
Thanks to the generous support from donors, It's In The Bag has been able to expand the program to serve over 350 children per week across Garrett County elementary schools, preschools and Head Start sites as of the 2026 school year.
